This website, at renaiss.ai, belongs to the company identified below. For anything to do with these pages, the email in the table is the short way round.
Using the site
renaiss.ai is an informational site: it says who we are, what we build and on what terms. Nothing published here is a contractual offer or a guarantee of results. The scope, the timeline and the warranties of a deployment are agreed by contract with each client, and only what the company signs binds the company.
Browsing the site means accepting this notice. Anyone using it agrees not to interfere with its normal operation or to try to reach parts that are not published.
Intellectual property
The text, the design, the code and the Renaiss, RenBase, RenLayer and RenFoundry marks belong to the site's owner. Reproducing them needs prior written permission, with the obvious exception: quoting a passage with the source named and a link back to the original page, which is what these pages were written for.
The client logos on the home page belong to their respective owners and appear only as a reference to who we work with. Their presence transfers no rights and implies no endorsement of the views on this site.
Liability
We keep what is published current, but the site is offered as it stands: we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, and we are not answerable for decisions taken on the strength of what someone reads here. The figures in the use cases come from specific deployments, with their context; they are not a forecast of what will happen at another company.
Some links lead to third-party sites. We do not control what they publish and are not answerable for it.
Governing law
This notice is governed by Spanish law. For any dispute arising from use of the site, the parties submit to the courts of Madrid, unless a mandatory rule fixes another venue, as it does when the other party is a consumer.
Language
This English text is here for convenience. The Spanish version is the one that governs, and it prevails if the two ever diverge.
